1. 进门入座 (Getting Seated)
- A)Hello! 你好!点餐
- B)Hello there,神技 can I get a table for four, please? 你好,请问有四位位的桌子吗?谢谢。
- A)Yes, of course. Right this way. 好的,这边请。
- B)Thank you. 谢谢。
💡 句型公式:

2. 呼叫服务员 (Getting Attention)
如果服务员没注意到你,可以用以下礼貌用语:
* "Excuse me, waiter."
* "Excuse me, waitress."
* "Miss."
* "Excuse me."
3. 了解菜单结构 (Menu Categories)
- Appetizers / Starter:开胃菜 / 前菜
- Main:主菜
- Sides:配菜
- Dessert:甜点

4. 正式点菜 (Ordering Food)
- A)Hi, are you ready to order now? 你好,请问选好菜了吗?

5. 结账 (Paying the Bill)

🥚 进阶篇:鸡蛋的N种做法
说到点餐,鸡蛋绝对是重灾区!
虽然大家都知道鸡蛋是 egg,但当服务员问 "How do you like your eggs?"(您的鸡蛋要怎么做?)时,很多人瞬间懵圈。
前方高能,请拿出纸笔记录!
A. 带壳煮蛋 (Boiled Eggs)
- Egg shell:蛋壳
- Soft boiled:溏心蛋(蛋黄微熟,呈流心状)
- Medium boiled:半熟蛋(蛋黄凝固但颜色较深)
- Hard boiled:全熟蛋(蛋黄完全凝固)
B. 不带壳煮蛋 (Poached Eggs)
- Poached egg / Runny yolk:水波蛋
- Poach:水煮(西餐中,boil指煮沸,poach指低温水煮,simmer指小火慢煮)
- Yolk:蛋黄
- Egg whites:蛋白
- Runny:指蛋黄流动的状态
C. 煎蛋 (Fried Eggs)
关键概念:Over指的是煎蛋时翻面的动作。
1. 只煎一面 (No Flip)
* Sunny side up:太阳蛋(单面煎,蛋黄完整朝上)
* Fry the egg until the edges brown, WITHOUT flipping.(煎至边缘变棕,切忌翻面)
2. 两面都煎 (Flipped)
* Over easy:单面煎后翻面,蛋黄仍为流动状(溏心)
* Over medium:翻面后煎至蛋黄不流动但未完全凝固(半熟)
* Over hard:翻面后彻底煎熟,蛋黄完全凝固(全熟,这也是中餐常见的煎蛋做法)
D. 其他蛋类 (Other Egg Dishes)
- Hard scrambled:老炒蛋(成块状,从里到外全熟)
- Hard scrambled eggs are cooked all the way through.
- Soft scrambled:嫩炒蛋(质地柔软湿润)
- The difference between soft and hard scrambled eggs is cooking time.(区别在于烹饪时间)
- Omelette [‘ɔmlit]:煎蛋卷(通常包裹火腿 ham、熏肉 bacon 等)
- Oyster omelet is my favorite Taiwanese snack.(蚵仔煎是我最喜欢的台湾小吃)
